Is that not what we change agents tell our clients to do? This new Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer series will do just that. At the time of our meeting, Linda had recognized that her work required more overt emphasis on personal and cultural change to fortify her large systems work, while Dean concurrently had realized that his personal and team performance models needed to align with the complexities of larger organizational systems.
